Reiki is a Japanese healing art that opens the Reiki practitioner like a channel to receive “Universal Life Force Energy.” This energy flows in through the practitioner and back out of the practitioner, like a conduit for energy. It is not “my” energy; it’s the energy that makes up the sun and the moon, the stars and planets, this Earth and all her creatures, the trees and the flowers, the rivers and oceans, and every human being. It is the energy of atoms. It is a part of everything. Essentially I harness that energy with the attunements and trainings I’ve undergone so that I can share it in its pure form with others.
